Ensures stable uncoiling and leveling of sheet metal coils (cold-rolled steel, galvanized plates) for processing precision. Rapidly completes multi-specification punching (round/square/special-shaped holes) with adaptive product hole positions. Achieves ±0.1mm shear precision for standardized batch production. Integrates punch press and shear via servo feeding for automated sheet transfer, minimizing manual intervention. Equipped with scrap recovery systems to capture post-processing waste, reducing material loss by 20-30%. Built-in surface cleaning modules eliminate residual oils/debris, ensuring substrate cleanliness for subsequent operations.

Process Description

First, customize and design punching and shearing parameters according to sheet metal product specifications (such as home appliance accessories, cabinet components); after leveling the coil through the uncoiler, the servo feeding system conveys it to the CNC turret punch press to complete hole punching; then send the punched sheet to the hydraulic CNC shearing machine to shear to the target size; then treat it with a surface cleaning machine to remove impurities, and simultaneously recover leftover materials through the scrap collection device; finally, conduct dimensional sampling inspection on the processed sheet metal semi-finished products to ensure they meet precision requirements.
