01、 Sheet Metal Automated Production Line

The material rack uncoils the steel coil; the leveler flattens the steel plate and applies a protective film; the laser cutting machine cuts the steel plate into blocks according to the drawings; the cut steel plates are transferred to the inclined roller machine via the belt conveyor; the flipping mechanism turns over the steel plate; the robot sucks the steel plate and places it at the corresponding position of the bending center; the bending center bends the steel plate into the corresponding workpiece according to the set program; the workpiece passes through the inclined roller machine, robot and belt conveyor to enter the laser spot welding machine for welding reinforcing ribs, then enters the robotic laser welding machine to weld the butterfly buckles, and the finished workpiece is completed; the robot moves the finished workpiece into the packaging box; the packaging line operates through various packing processes, and finally the robotic arm performs palletizing.

02、 Press Arm Bending Center

The main frame adopts a welded structure of high-quality carbon steel plates, featuring good rigidity and strong stability; the universal all-purpose bending die can automatically adapt to various geometric shapes; it realizes mass production by organically combining high performance, automatic bending and flexibility; the vertical axis is equipped with a nitrogen balance system, which can effectively balance the machine spindle load and improve the working condition of the servo motor; it greatly extends the service life of the machine, enabling long-term high-speed and high-precision processing; the newly independently developed CNC operating system has a user-friendly man-machine interface, simple operation, and can cover the entire production process.

03、Maglev Laser Cutting Flexible Production Line

It adopts a fully enclosed design for safer protection. The customized RAYTOOLS production line laser head (for on-site use) features high efficiency and good stability; the permanent magnet linear motor with grating ruler closed-loop control enables faster speed, higher precision, 1.5G acceleration, and stable operation at a rapid traverse speed of 120m/min. It realizes net material cutting, which saves more materials and achieves higher efficiency; the full-stroke air suction pipeline ensures concentrated suction, environmental protection and no pollution; the whole process of automatic material rack, automatic leveling, automatic feeding, automatic cutting and automatic palletizing is fully automated. The customized net material cutting system makes operation more convenient; the servo motor feeding with encoder feedback ensures more accurate feeding.
