Lifeng Technology is exhibiting at the 21st China (Boxing) International Kitchenware Expo, which opened today, 26 October 2026, at the China Smart Kitchen Capital International Convention and Exhibition Center in Xingfu Town, Boxing County, Binzhou, Shandong. The stand runs through 28 October and brings together the equipment a kitchenware plant needs between a steel coil and a finished cabinet: coil feeding and levelling, laser cutting, CNC bending, and a robot-served line that ties the stations together.
Boxing is the centre of China's commercial kitchenware industry, and the expo is one of the three largest trade shows in the sector. Last year's twentieth edition filled seven halls with more than 2,000 exhibitors. Most of the visitors walking the aisles this week run plants making stainless steel work tables, sinks, cooking ranges, commercial refrigerators and food service cabinets — parts with thin gauge, visible surfaces and volumes high enough that a few seconds of handling time per piece decides the margin.

The Lifeng stand on the opening morning, with the automatic bending centre sign above the entrance.
Stainless steel kitchen equipment is a difficult combination for a manual shop. The material is thin, usually 0.4 to 1.2 mm, so it marks easily and distorts when welded. The parts are large and awkward to lift alone. And the surface is the product: a scratch on a work table top or a sink front is a reject, not a cosmetic issue.
Those three facts point the same way. A robot that picks with vacuum cups and places rather than drops removes most handling damage. A laser welder puts far less heat into a corner than MIG, which keeps a cabinet door flat. And a line that moves the panel between stations without a person carrying it turns a four-operator job into one supervisor plus a technician.
The exhibit is arranged as a production sequence rather than a machine list, so a visitor can follow a blank from coil to stacked part.

The laser cutting centre, with a robot arm for automatic loading positioned alongside.
Blanks are cut on an enclosed fiber laser with the cutting head, chiller and control cabinet in one footprint. For kitchenware work the relevant details are the nesting software, which decides how much of a 1,220 by 2,440 sheet becomes product, and the edge quality on stainless: a clean cut means the next station can form without deburring, and a burr shows up later as a scratch on the operator's gloves and then on the panel.

The forming area: a CNC bending machine in front, the enclosed line and its loading unit behind.
The sign over the entrance reads automatic bending centre, and that is the part of the stand most visitors stop at. The appeal is not speed alone; it is the elimination of the trial bend. Servo-controlled axes store the forming parameters for each part number, so a run of sink rims and a run of cabinet sides can share a shift with a program change instead of a tooling rebuild. For plants running several hundred SKUs a month, the changeover time is usually the number that decides whether the investment works.

Decoiler and leveler: coil in, flat strip out, with the loop control between the two units.
Buying coil instead of cut blanks is one of the cheapest ways to cut material cost, and one of the fastest ways to create a new quality problem. A coil that has been wound and stored arrives with a curl, and a curled blank bends to the wrong angle no matter how good the press brake is. The decoiler and leveler on the stand feed strip through a straightening roll set, apply protective film where needed and present flat sheet to the line. It is the least photographed piece of equipment at any expo and the one that most often explains a flatness complaint two months after installation.

The robotic cell: automatic feed table, articulated arm and punch press working as one station.
The last station on the stand is the one that generates the most questions. An automatic feed table, a blue articulated arm and a turret punch press sit together as a single cell, with the robot moving blanks between them. The press on display is a third-party machine, which is deliberate: most kitchenware plants already own their punch presses and presses, and what they need is the automation around them, not a replacement. Integrating existing machines is a normal part of these projects, provided the control handshake and the safety circuit are designed at the start rather than retrofitted afterwards.
Three questions have come up repeatedly on the first morning, and they are the right ones.
Will the grippers mark a brushed finish? Vacuum cups on thin sheet and a gripper that places rather than slides are the answer, and the check is a sample part under light before and after a full cycle.
How long does a changeover take? Measured with a stopwatch on a real part, not quoted from a table. If it runs past twenty minutes, the line stops being flexible enough for mixed orders.
What happens to my existing machines? They stay. A line can be built around the punch press, press brake or welder a plant already runs, with new automation handling the loading, transfer and stacking.
The expo runs from 26 to 28 October 2026 at the China Smart Kitchen Capital International Convention and Exhibition Center in Xingfu Town, Boxing County. Our engineers are on the stand for all three days, and visitors are welcome to bring a drawing or a sample part — the fastest way to get a useful answer on thickness range, gripper choice and cycle time is to put the actual part in front of the machine.
If you cannot make it to Boxing this week, send us the part list and monthly volume instead. We will tell you which stations of a line would earn their place in your plant, and which ones would sit idle.
